This visa is issued to individuals traveling to Saudi Arabia for business purposes such as attending meetings, conferences, or exhibitions. 

• To fill the online A VCIreland application form.
  
• Original passport valid for no less than six (6) months, with at least two (2) successive empty visa pages for the applicants;
• 1 x passport-sized photograph.
• Electronic invitation letter from a Saudi company.
  
• Employment verification letter from the applicant’s Irish employer addressed to the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Dublin, Ireland, confirming the applicant’s position and citing “business” as purpose of travel on behalf of the company.
  
• Copy of the company’s business registration in Saudi Arabia and in Ireland.
  
• For non-Irish citizens, copy of card or document confirming legal residence in the State.
  
• Additional documents may be requested, if needed.
